The Spring Lake Five Mile Run

Welcome to the Spring Lake 5 Mile Run and Kids Race.
Bib numbers have been mailed out to all registered runners as of May 1st. If you do not receive your bib number in the mail by May 20th, please let us know.
SORRY the 2023 FIVE MILE RUN registration has reached its limit and is CLOSED.
Interest in the race this year led to the race filling up in under 5 days.
Thanks to the Friends of The Spring Lake 5, a limited number of entries will be available through charitable organizations, are posted on the Charity Partners page at https://thespringlakefivemilerun.rsupartner.com/charity-partners
Kids race registration is available online until 6:00pm on May 17th (note any online registration after May 14 will NOT be mailed, but will be available for pick up at the train station). Then we will have onsite registration available onsite at the train station during schedule hours. See “Kids Race” menu for dates and times.
