On The Bay Fest, formerly known as Bayville Music Festival, is moving to a brand new waterfront home this year at The Sandbox on Seastreak in Highlands, NJ. Hosted by New Jersey’s own Green Knuckle Material, this year’s fest is shaping up to be the biggest one yet.
