Wall Township “Kids Day America”
Slated for September 24th 2022
20th Annual Health Awareness Event
Presented by The Wall Township Community Alliance
Wall Township’s 20th Annual Kids Day America will be held Saturday, September 24th from 10 am to 2 pm at the Wall Municipal Building, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall. Presented by the Wall Community Alliance and supported by Garrow Family Chiropractic, Kids Day was created to provide essential information on child health and safety, as well as drug, alcohol and environmental awareness in our community. Since its beginning in 2001, over 5,000 children and their families have enjoyed receiving informative and interactive information to help lead more healthful lives.
The event is free to children and families, with costs offset by generous sponsors and vendors. Children and families can have fun in the moon bounces, pony rides, petting zoo, dance and karate demonstrations and other fun demonstrations. There will be face painting, clowns and costumed characters, as well as K-9 demonstrations and games. The event will also feature tasty and healthy food and snacks, and all participants can enter to win prizes including a bike.
Numerous area clubs and organizations will be participating including the Wall Police, Wall Fire Departments, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Wall EMS, Monmouth County Sherriff’s Department, Prevention First, Monmouth County Health Department, and many other organizations.
Dr. Garrow will provide FREE spinal exams and scoliosis screenings and distribute vital information on disease prevention and specific health issues that affect children. In addition, there will be dental screenings for the children, environmental information, drug and alcohol prevention information plus much more important health and awareness for children.
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or you would like to participate by providing helpful information to the children, please contact Kristin Meyler at the Wall Alliance at 732-820-4792 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Township of Wall invites everyone in our community to join us at this unique, fun-filled community awareness event!
