Happy Day Farms – Maple Sugaring Tours: March 11th & 12th, 18th & 19th

Join us at the sugarhouse as we renew the centuries-old tradition of making pure maple syrup. In March, when the days become longer and warmer, we start the process of maple sugaring. We continue to sugar the “old-fashioned” way, using buckets to collect sap, and now have taps connected to plastic tubing in an effort to increase production. We boil the sap down to syrup in our sugarhouse in a wood-fired evaporator.
Tours will take place at select times (10am, 11:15am, 12:30pm, 1:45pm & 3pm). Last tour at 3pm. Tickets will be sold at the door only, no reservations are required. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your desired time slot.
Our maple sugaring tour includes a tractor ride to our “sugar bush”, an educational tour, and access to our friendly farm animals. Pancakes and maple syrup will be available to purchase.
