FREE Strength & Yoga Class at The Atlantic Club: Open to the Public

FREE Strength & Yoga Class: Open to the Public

This class provides the perfect blend of strength intervals and yoga stretches. Challenge yourself with a 30 minute strength circuit that will keep you moving. Includes dumbbells, kettlebells, and some partner exercises. Transition to a 30 minute cooldown on your mat. It will incorporate breath work and specific stretches, to open up your body and improve recovery. You will finish this full body workout with a healthy mindset and a happy heart.
