Beginner Yoga Align Yoga & Strength Matawan

4 WEEK BEGINNER SERIES (VIRTUAL & IN PERSON)
Weekly Series to introduce students to yoga by explaining key yogic principles, teaching fundamental yoga poses, and breakdown basic breathing and meditation techniques.
Appropriate for anyone looking to get an in-depth understanding of how and why we do what we do in a yoga class. Gain the confidence and strength to attend more challenging classes. More importantly how you can incorporate what you learn on the mat, off the mat.
You can make up 1 class with any class on the schedule.
Students are required to have 2 blocks & a blanket, and a yoga mat.
