Summer unofficially begins this weekend, which means it’s time to start digging into an epic summer of reading ahead at MTPL!

Early registration for our Summer Reading Challenges for children, teens & adults begins on June 1st and MTPL’s Summer Reading Page is now live with summer reading book lists, upcoming programs & information about reading challenges!

Get ready for a summer full of awesome books, new friends, and prehistoric library programs — made even better by the generous support of our amazing community sponsors! Local businesses, restaurants, theaters, and more have donated incredible raffle prizes up for grabs throughout the summer, so the more you read, the more chances you have to win!
