BREAKOUT SESSIONS
WTF is for dinner: How to Feed Yourself and Your Family with More Fun and Less Stress
with Jenna Werner, RD and mom of 3 (under 4)
If you are anything like me, by the time the work day is over if something is not waiting in the fridge for me my family is not getting fed. But also, who has time to meal prep? As a registered dietitian and mom of 3 one of my superpowers is creating something out of nothing when it comes to meals, but I can’t do that without a little prep. During this breakout session I will be talking about how to item prep for successful meal times that will feed even the choosiest eaters, how to re-think meals with your family so you don’t leave the dinner table frustrated during those witching yet precious hours of the day, how to normalize frozen foods instead of feel bad for using them and how to make feeding yourself during the work day easier too. Motherhood is hard, it takes creativity and outsourcing sometimes but feeding yourself and your family doesnt need to be the hardest part.

Nurturing Yourself: The Importance of Self-Care for Busy Moms
Being a mom is one of the most fulfilling yet demanding roles, and it’s easy to put your own needs last. However, self-care is essential for maintaining your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Come learn about how self-care is not selfish—it’s a necessary practice that allows you to recharge and be the best version of yourself. We discuss how busy moms often juggle multiple responsibilities, which can lead to burnout. Self-care can help reduce stress, boost energy, and improve overall health. We explored simple, time-efficient strategies for incorporating self-care into daily life, such as microbreaks, mindfulness, and setting boundaries.
It’s important to recognize your unique needs and start small by integrating self-care habits into your routine. Whether it’s taking a few minutes to relax, getting enough sleep, or seeking support from your partner or a friend, prioritizing self-care leads to a healthier, happier you.
Women, Wealth and Wellness: Unlock Your Financial Confidence

“The Power of AND: Thriving as a Mom & a High-Achieving Woman”
You are not just a mom. You are a visionary. A creator. A powerhouse. And in this session, we’re giving you permission to fully embrace all of who you are—without the guilt, the doubt, or the pressure to choose between motherhood and ambition.
Join Amanda Bybel Kutner, founder of Credentialed Coach School and co-founder of Matcha + Minis, and Dr. Christina Ferrucci-Da Silva, neonatologist and co-founder of Matcha + Minis, for a conversation on holding the vision, making it happen, and still showing up for what matters most. We’ll share how we pursued our big dreams while navigating the wild ride of motherhood, and the mindset shifts, habits, and non-negotiables that helped us build businesses we love without sacrificing ourselves in the process.
If you’ve ever wondered “Can I really do both?”—this session will remind you that not only can you, but you were made for it. Let’s break through the limiting beliefs, own our power, and create success on our terms.
