My name is Krista O’Dea and I am the founder of One Strong Mother, Prenatal and Postpartum Exercise Training. I am a Fit for Birth Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Diastasis Core Consultant and Holistic Fertility & Pregnancy Safe Coach. I am also the founder of Artemis Doula Services serving families as a doula, birth assistant, and advocate. Additionally, I am a Home-Birth Midwifery Student, Reiki Master, paramedic and an avid advocate for the health and well-being of pregnant and postpartum women and their babies! One Strong Mother offers a holistic, mind and body corrective exercise style program that prioritizes proper breathing techniques to safely and gently activate and engage the abdominal inner unit (diaphragm, transverse abdominals, and pelvic floor). The goal of One Strong Mother is two-fold. First is to offer women a real solution for avoiding and correcting common, but fixable, problems experienced during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond such as diastasis recti, lower back pain, sacro-iliac joint dysfunction, urinary/bowel incontinence, neck and shoulder pain, pelvic/hip girdle pain, and sciatica. Second is to assist women in preparing both the mind and body for the marathon of labor and birth and for the delicate healing and restoration process of the postpartum. I truly enjoy assisting women in improving their daily life through thoughtful and intentional exercises and meditation techniques that build both physical and mental strength and endurance. I want all women to know that it is possible to be strong, empowered, and prepared for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond!

Tots to Teens & In Bee-Tween is a specialty practice limited to children and all of their dental health needs. Children can be seen as early as a few days old to young adulthood. Our typical patient is seen for their first exam at age 1 or when their first tooth comes in, whichever is first, and continues to be our patients through college. We provide all dental needs for children, including dental treatment under general anesthesia and comprehensive orthodontics. Our all women staff, including the doctors, are extremely patient and truly enjoy taking care of children and their families. Our doctors received 2-3 years of additional training after the 4 years of dental school to have the privilege of only treating children.
Why should parents choose Tots to Teens as the practice for their children? Our state-of-the-art facility is in the heart of Holmdel and provides the absolute best treatment options and materials for your children. The parents in our practice are part of the treatment process and part of the team in providing the best care for the patients. Tots to Teens & In Bee-Tween, under a different owner and name, has been in Holmdel since the 80s. We have built a very positive reputation in our community. Dr. Jayati Bhattacharyya, a board-certified pediatric dentist, started as an associate in the practice in 2007. In 2013, she bought the practice and changed the name but continued to maintain and improve the philosophy of the practice. Today we often see the children of parents who were patients in the same practice creating a beautiful legacy. Dr. Jayati Bhattacharyya, known as “Dr B”, is a graduate of Columbia University and trained in Mount Sinai and specialized in pediatric dentistry in Montefiore Medical Center. Board certified since 2007, she believes in the process of learning every day, improving her technique in treating patients and the practice as a whole. She is married and lives in Marlboro and has two children in college. We look forward to having the privilege of seeing your children in our practice.
