  Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore has a powerful mission: building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. As moms, so many of us have wonderful memories of participating in Girl Scouts. As a daisy, brownie, and girl scout, we cherished the time spent with friends, taking trips, and working on activities. Little did we know, so much of what we learned in Girl Scouts forged a path for success and helped develop skill-sets to run our own businesses and grow our careers.

Fun, friendship and new adventures are what Girl Scouts is all about. Girls make new friends, challenge themselves, write their own stories, and take action to change the world for the better. The Girl Scout Leadership experience is girl-led, following their own lead no matter the age. They learn by doing with hands on activities, which helps them to feel empowered to shape their own experience. It also offers cooperative learning with a tight-knit group of girls, Girl Scouts learn and grow together while cheering each other on.

Shrewsbury Gymnastics School has an amazing lineup of classes available! They have been instructing toddlers, kids and young adults in the sport of gymnastics since 1981. They offer parent/child classes for toddlers, recreational classes for both girls and boys, advanced classes and a competitive team program. Not ready to commit to a regular class? Experience the gym with our ‘School’s Out the Gym is In’ program with camp days offered throughout the school year before our summer camp program kicks off.

The goal of Shrewsbury Gymnastics is the safe and fun practice of  gymnastics. We help to keep students fit and provide them with a set of skills widely applicable in other sports and daily life such as balance, strength and coordination.

  The Spring Lake Theatre and Dance Academy is an unparalleled place for children to grow up.

The Spring Lake Community House provides a truly unique place for them to flourish in a safe, positive, nurturing environment, enhancing performing arts and life skills under the tutelage of exceptional teachers. Our multifunctional facility is one-of-a-kind, as it houses two studios and its very own 356-seat theatre.

Our Theatre Workshop Program allows children (grades 2-12) to excel in their strongest theatrical skills of singing, dancing or acting, while also learning and growing in the other facets of theatre. In May, each class will present a musical production with Broadway-quality costumes, lighting, and set design!

 Our Dance Program offers children (ages 1-18) classes in multiple disciplines for all levels, from the recreational dancer, to our award-winning competition students.
