KEY NOTE SPEAKER

Key Note Speaker

Adriana Carrig

After years of bullying, Adriana started making bracelets in college for herself and her sorority sisters. The wearable affirmations reminded them of their worth, and got them through the tough times together. Ten years and millions of bracelets later, the Little Words Project™ community is living proof that kindness is a superpower. A mom of two, Adriana will speak on the importance of putting yourself first (yes even as a mother) and in doing so, you will show up better as a mom, an employee or boss, and your general sense of self will lift. When that happens, you will find life opening up for you. She will also speak to her experience navigating difficulty and coming out the other end recognizing how important it was to go through that difficulty as it led her to where she is now.

Kayla Giovinazzo is the Creative Director of Eat Clean Bro, a company founded in January of 2013 by Jamie Giovinazzo, her husband. Amanda Bybel

I’m a mom, an entrepreneur, a motivational speaker, a yoga enthusiast, a wife, cat-mom, an early riser, coffee connoisseur, corporate dropout and a Master Certified NLP Practitioner and Trainer, Master Certified Success & Life coach, Master Certified Hypnotherapist, Master Certified TIME Techniques Practitioner, + EFT Practitioner. After spending the better half of a decade searching for fulfillment in the corporate world, chasing salary increases and “landing my dream job”, I realized I was empty. I had completely lost my sense of purpose, realizing that I was in a constant state of boredom and frustration.

We’ve all heard of the ugly cry, right? Well I remember my own meltdown, drowning in my own negative self-talk, fears and “what-if’s”, but what I remember even more clearly was thinking “If not now, when?” That moment I decided that I was going to make it my life’s mission to empower women from around the world to pursue their true calling by shifting their identity and smashing their fears, so that they too could create an authentic and fulfilling life, on their terms.

More about Amanda Bybel
I had always been a believer that we can have and do anything our heart desires. For me, training powerful and transformational coaches is the ultimate way to give back. It is my absolute obsession to help you connect with your potent power, access your inner superpowers, and unleash the magic that has been there all along.

More about Carla Bushey & Oak Hill Farms
In 2021, Carla wrote her cookbook “Keepin’ it Real”, which exceeded expectations and sold three times the expected number of copies.  As an Instagram influencer, Carla shares daily recipes, ideas, and home decor tips to encourage other women to do what they love.  Carla is a multifaceted businesswoman who runs production of products, online sales, a farm, and a brick-and-mortar store (all while also being a Mom to 3 daughters!). Her remarkable achievements have made her a sought-after speaker at women’s conferences such as Babes in Business, Women in Business of New Jersey, and Uplift. Moreover, Carla has served as a Food and Beverage Judge at competitions such as Girl Scouts Top Cookie Competition and Cocktail Masters.

SESSIONS

DIRECTING YOUR ENERGY: SOMATIC BOUNDARY WORK FOR MAMAS WITH BIG DREAMS

“In this one-hour transformative talk, you will learn how to shed energetic baggage, allowing your nervous system to relax, and regain the strength to navigate life from a place of power. The discussion will center around directing your energy, emphasizing boundaries and time management. As working moms, you typically have to choose between doing it all for others over doing just a few things for ourselves. Moms typically choose to place others above themselves because society tells you that your worth comes from placing your desires last, leaving you unfulfilled, exhausted, and in and out of states of resentment.

Nicole Smith Levay is an energy healer and coach who integrates somatics, meditation, and breathwork to help women with anxiety and depression live and love more fully. With a background as a former professional dancer and dance teaching artist, Nicole obtained an MA in Somatic Psychology from CIIS, as well as a Yoga Alliance E-RYT and CEU provider, with over 1000 hours of certification.
More About this Session

In this discussion, you will learn that the clarity and ease you’ve been seeking was inside you all along. You will learn what boundaries are and how to set them, understand your limitations, and how to fill your cup up, so that you CAN feel like your best self and be present with the joys of your life- including your relationships and children. We will dive into envisioning success across all facets of your life. You will use vivid language to describe the intricate parts of your envisioned self, including roles like leader, teacher, influencer, entrepreneur, mother, spouse, and in your faith. What are your core values? What do you stand for and against? How do they align with your life’s mission? What do we need to feel most like ourselves? How can we prioritize all this with all the duties and obligations we hold as mothers?

With the utilization of breathwork and movement tools, you’ll learn exercises to do at home that will help align your mental, emotional, and physical energy with your vision. You will reflect on how you want to impact the world, have financial prosperity, live with purpose, find fulfillment in your work, and create your dream life beyond business- all the while with healthy boundaries in place keeping a fluid sense of balance at home too.”
