Five Star Swim School is THE best place for children to learn how to swim and gain much-needed confidence around and in the water. Their lessons focus on developing essential swim skills, ensuring safety, and having fun! Mommy and Me Swim Lessons are designed for infants and toddlers aged 6 months to 2.5 years, providing a lovely bonding experience for a parent and a child while teaching valuable water skills.

The Seahorse Level – Mommy and Me Swim Lessons are 30-minute group sessions where infants and toddlers are accompanied by one parent or one caregiver in the water. One of our experienced and certified instructors will guide you and your child through the swimming lesson. The student-to-teacher ratio for this class is [6:1].

In addition to all the valuable skills your child will learn during the Mommy and Me Swimming Lessons, it provides a fun and social environment for parents, guardians, and children.    Everybody in the pool – and that means baby too! Did you know that there are a ton of emotional, developmental and physical benefits to getting babies into the water at an early age? Most importantly, this is a wonderful bonding opportunity for parents who want to spend time splashing and smiling with their little one (while also introducing the basics of an important life skill!).

    Goldfish Swim School offers Mini Classes for children starting as early as 4 months of age. Kids ages four to 35 months-old enjoy a weekly 30 minute class in the water with mom, dad or another caregiver working on basic water and swim safety skills with the help of an instructor.  The pool is kept at 90 degrees to make the water inviting and comfortable for all swimmers.

   The classes are fun and interactive for babies and their caregivers! Parents hold their baby while supporting him or her through the various swim skills. Even with an instructor leading the session, parents guide their child and remain involved throughout the class. Mini Class activities include singing group songs, practicing tummy time, and getting little ones comfortable in the water. Babies practice their grasp reflex, move on to holding onto the wall and eventually inching their way down it. With the help of mom or dad, babies work on their pulling paddle, “Superman” glides, sea otter floats and kicks. As babies progress through the Mini Program, they will work on crab walking, getting out of the pool safely by climbing up using the “fin, belly, flipper, flipper” technique and breath control. In addition to weekly Mini Classes, Goldfish offers family swim several times a week so parents can spend time together in the water with baby practicing the water acclimation skills they learned in class.  Little Rockers creates original music and video content for kids ages 2 months to 10 years. Their high energy music classes, parties, shows, lessons, preschool
classes and digital content have been a popular staple in Monmouth County and beyond for over 10 years. With their home base in Shrewsbury, NJ, at Little Rockers
Music & Arts Playcenter, they have an incredibly clean and interactive space for kids to learn (and party) through play. The play area is a total hit with kids who love to
make a band on the stage or slide down “the fastest slide in Monmouth County.”  Little Rockers also travels to homes and venues for parties, as well as schools, libraries, camps and family friendly spaces for interactive shows with The Little Rockers Band.

Love to Learn Playhouse offers a safe and stimulating environment created for children ages 0 – 5 years along with their caregivers. Our classes are designed to engage and entertain your child while still fostering their natural desire to wander and explore. We offer open-ended learning activities where your child can participate as much or as little as they would like and equipment to help to practice a broad range of their developing skills.

Night Night Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) only night nursing company. Our RNs also work in the mother/baby areas of the hospital like Labor and delivery, post partum, nursery, NICU, pediatrics, and school nursing.  All of our nurses are very well versed in the care of newborns and their moms! Many of us are also certified breastfeeding counselors, meaning we can help with breastfeeding questions or concerns. 

We are a very flexible company that changes with you as your needs and baby’s needs change. We don’t require you to book any minimum number of nights for  that reason, but we are able to accommodate any schedule for any length of time you desire.  Schedules range from 7 nights/week to 1 night/week for any amount of weeks.

Meet Colleen! She has been with Night Night Nurse since we started in 2017.  She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and a self proclaimed “Rule follower”.  She will make sure that your little one is as safe as possible.  In addition to being a star “Night Nurse”, Colleen is our go-to nurse for sleep training.  She has a perfect 100% track record for getting our little ones to sleep through the night.  We can do this when baby is 4+ months. 

Colleen proudly boasts four children of her own, and 8 grandchildren.  She will care for your baby as if it were her own.

My name is Catherine, and I am a mom of three young children myself as well as a registered nurse. I started this business because I understand the complexity of being a new parent–and the amount of support needed during that time. I also understand the protective forces that are innate in mothers, and the desire to make sure my little ones are in the best hands possible. Additionally, I have worked alongside the most wonderful women in the world as a Labor and Delivery nurse. I have seen the dedication and expertise up close with my colleagues in the “Mother/Baby” areas of the hospital. They are warm, compassionate, smart, fast acting, and the best baby whisperers. They are aware of how to minimize the spread of germs, keep an eye out for things that are abnormal, and care for families during the most tender and special times in their lives. They are “pros” at this, and they are comfortable and thrilled to come to your home to continue this process with you! This is a match made in heaven, parents who want to go to sleep and not wonder about the well being of their baby; and nurses who love what they do so much they opt to help families in their time off from the hospital.
