I’m always looking for a new workout to switch up my normal running routine, and yoga is definitely a favorite! As a mom, yoga has been a great way to exercise, strengthen, and take some time for myself.

I recently tried the Y6 Power class at YogaSix. After spending most of the winter running and on the bike, it felt good to head into a heated studio and stretch!

I’ve taken many yoga classes over the years, and I have to say, Y6 Power was one of the best I’ve experienced. It was very challenging, and I left feeling stronger and ready to take on the day!
