  Academic Christian Center for Excellence offers summer camp in Tinton Falls! Choose from a variety of fun and creative weekly activities at ACCE’s engaging and nurturing learning and enrichment center! Art, Theater, Acro, Debate, Playwriting, Archery, Culinary, Lego Engineers, Brain Games, Sports, Mind-Body Exercises, Gardening, Water Play, Beach Days and More! Camp begins June 12! Do you remember when children spent every moment of summer outside? Studies show that this current generation spends about half as much time outside as their parents, but outdoor time is crucial to development! Time outdoors builds confidence and problem solving skills. It promotes creativity and imagination through unstructured play. As children bond with the outdoors they develop a responsible view of the environment. Outdoor time stimulates the senses, which can lead to the development of stronger neural pathways and a deeper sense of understanding. It gets children moving, inspires wonder and reduces stress and fatigue.

   A Child’s Place Summer Camp is a Reggio Emilia-inspired school that believes that Children Are Born Curious! ^Ⓡ . Here children ages 3 1/2 to 9 years old spend most of their time in the camp’s idyllic back yard – a hidden gem in the heart of Lincroft – which offers a space to run and play games and marvel at the wonders of nature while participating in imaginative play and simply relax with friends under shady trees. Campers enjoy their favorite activities including arts and crafts, digging in the mud hole and theme weeks like ACP Ninja Warrior, Culinary Adventures, Project Runway, Regatta Races, Amazing Architects and Full STEAM Ahead!

Children are offered a healthy daily snack and they also use the on-site, outdoor pool every day. Weak and non-swimmers receive individual attention from counselors who go in the pool with them. A Red Cross-certified lifeguard is always present. All aspects of camp life are supervised by senior members of A Child’s Place staff. Six weeks of camp begin 6/19/2023.  Full day (9-3) or half day (9-12) options.

At either of our Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore day camps, Camp Amity Acres (Waretown) or Camp Sacajawea (Farmingdale), you can feel at ease, knowing your daughter is well cared for, happy, learning and exploring the great outdoors! She’ll have the time of her life discovering the wonders of nature, trying new things, making friends and much more.

Our camps give girls the space to discover a strong sense of self, gain practical life skills, become resourceful problem solvers, and cultivate healthy relationships. Girl Scout Camp will always be a place where girls can:

Book into Summer Jump Start Clinics at Goldfish Swim School!

Everybody in the pool! Goldfish Swim School provides swim instruction to children ages 4 months to 12-years-old in a unique setting with highly trained instructors, small class sizes (max 4:1 student to teacher ratio), shiver-free 90-degree pools, and a state-of-the-art water purification system. Goldfish Swim School has two Monmouth County locations: Goldfish Swim School Middletown and Goldfish Swim School Manalapan.

In addition to weekly swim lessons, Goldfish Swim School also offers Jump Start Clinics during the summer months. This is our version of swim camp! Jump Start Clinics are five consecutive days of 30-minute swim lessons that focus on everything from the fundamentals of water safety to fine-tuning stroke technique. Students make a month’s worth of progress in just a week!

Jump Start Clinics run from June through August. Students receive five consecutive days of 30-minute swim lessons. $160 for members/$185 for non-members.

The Monmouth County Park system hosts several camp programs throughout the summer for kids of all ages. Mark your calendars for the registration date, as the camps will fill up quickly! Check back for the program guide soon!

Rolling Hills Day Camp is a magical place, as soon as you arrive on our campus you can see and feel that.  The 20 acres of trees, rolling hills, streams and natural surroundings give a “sleep-away camp” feel right here at home. Rolling Hills offers a varied and dynamic program. We combine traditional values with all the modern activities and facilities children and parents desire. Rolling Hills is a state-of-the-art camp with state-of-the-art fun. Experienced staff provide campers with the individualized attention, recognizing both the campers’ needs and the parents’ needs. A Rolling Hills summer combines memories, excitement, friendships and fun that last throughout the year.

Shrewsbury Gymnastics has an amazing summer of camps and classes lined up for your kids! They have been instructing toddlers, kids and young adults in the sport of gymnastics since 1981. They offer recreational classes for both girls and boys, Mommy & Me classes for parents with toddlers, and a team program. The goals of Shrewsbury Gymnastics programs are the safe practice and instruction of this challenging sport, helping to keep our students fit and in shape, and providing them with a set of skills widely applicable in other sports and daily life such as balance, strength and coordination.

Located at 455 Broad Street in Shrewsbury, the summer line up at Shrewsbury Gymnastics offers fabulous opportunities for everyone:

  SPARK Day Camp is for PreK to 10th graders, June 26-August 18. Our camp day runs from 9am-4pm with extended hours from 8am-6pm. Lunch & snack are provided. Door-to-Door transportation is available from local towns. We have 2 full-sized ice skating rinks, acres of wooded areas, GaGa pits, human foosball, 3 outdoor pools, athletics, creative and performing arts, STEAM, and special events, like Carnival, Color War, campfires, and Olympics! Our goal at SPARK is for all children to have fun in an emotionally safe, nurturing environment. We strive to provide a sense of belonging and look to develop more “Camp People” who, by definition, look forward to giving back.

Located in Sea Girt, NJ, The Little Gym Super Quest Summer Camp is full of exciting missions where kids will exercise their muscles and imaginations! Schedule one day, a few days, or several full week sessions. It’s the perfect break for kids (and parents) during the long summer months. Ages 3-12 throughout the summer!
