I am originally from Wyckoff in Bergen County, NJ.  We moved to Monmouth County in 2014 and have lived in Fair Haven for seven years.

Child(ren) and Age(s)?

I have four sons: Xander (14), James (14), Asher (12) and Gage (10).

One thing people would be surprised to know about you…

Although I am a holistic nutritionist, my favorite comfort food is pizza.

Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?

My mother, because she set the example for what a dedicated, hands-on parent looks like. She recently relocated to Monmouth County to be closer to my kids.

Favorite things to do with your kids?

Spending alone time with each of them, attending basketball and baseball games, traveling, skiing and going to the beach!

Are you involved in a business venture, a local organization, a creative endeavor, or in the corporate world? Please share!

I’m the Founder and CEO of Eighty Nutrition, a functional nutrition coaching business for women.  I help women look and feel their best without gimmicks, fads, or diets. In addition to private client work, Eighty offers two sell-out group programs: the Real Food Reset and the F* Your Diet Bootcamp. The next programs begin on May 16th and May 30th. You can learn more about them here.

How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?

I have found that this community is incredibly supportive. The friendships I have built since moving here keep me grounded and sane through all else.  It really does take a village, especially when raising four kids who each have a lot of activities.

What is your favorite restaurant in Monmouth County?

Beach Tavern in Monmouth Beach and Undici in Rumson

What is your favorite activity to do with your children in Monmouth County?

Going to the beach in Sea Bright.

What are your Mom Goals?

To be able to balance work and motherhood so that I’m present for my kids every day, while showing them the benefit of perseverance and hard work.
