Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?

I am a fourth-generation resident of the Red Bank area; I was born in Red Bank and raised in Lincroft.

Child(ren) and Age(s)?

I have two daughters, Vivian (14) and Cecelia (12).

One thing people would be surprised to know about you…

I lived in Italy for six months and while I was there, I was able to perfect my Bolognese sauce.

Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?

My parents because they are my role models. Dawn, Dorothy, and Emily who have all helped fill my role at home throughout different stages of my daughter’s lives while I have been able to advance my career.

Favorite things to do with your kids?

One-on-one time with each of them while doing something that they are interested in and love to do.

Are you involved in a business venture, a local organization, a creative endeavor, or in the corporate world? Please share!

Right now, I am focused on growing and expanding my private practice (Red Bank Orthodontics) while focusing on my patients at an individual level rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?

There are people that I have known my whole life or that I have met through my daughters, and I treat their kids. The level of trust that the community has in me to treat them, and their children has been an integral part in getting me to where I am now. “I am a product of the community.”

What is your favorite restaurant in Monmouth County?

Angelica’s in Sea Bright and Barnacle Bill’s in Rumson.

What is your favorite activity to do with your children in Monmouth County?

Going to Surfrider Beach Club in Sea Bright over the summer and visiting local parks (Sandy Hook, Thompson, and Holmdel).

What are your Mom Goals?

To raise self-reliant, kind, and compassionate young women.
