Plan to lunge, plank, and squat in various ways, all at a consistently slow tempo with energizing music, small group classes and semi-private instruction led by a Lagree Fitness Certified Trainer. Results – long lean muscle tone, decreased body fat, increased self confidence and overall bad ass attitude. Classes are small, our instructors focus solely on positive reinforcement and they love the workout as much as you will.
