Are you involved in a business venture, a local organization, a creative endeavor, or in the corporate world?

I would love to take this opportunity to share my business, Coach Tania.

I am an accredited Life Coach for children.  My purpose is to serve children and help them believe in themselves.  Life coaching helps a child build confidence, create actions and achieve goals.  Once parents share their concerns and intentions, I am able to create a space for their child to feel safe, explore and grow.

For example, a child might be stressed at school because of peer relationships, backlog of assignments, and even become unmotivated.  After a few coaching sessions, a child can identify their negative self-talk and shift their mindset.  They create an effective time management tool to improve organization and academic success and ultimately re-discover that learning is fun!  What’s truly amazing, is the overall impact coaching has on the family unit.  When challenges are identified and tools are in place, everyone shares in the success!  The family supports each other and they grow stronger and happier together.

I am passionate about children and love what I do.  It is an incredibly fun and rewarding journey!

I coach children (8-11), tweens and teens starting with 30 minute sessions and the first 2 sessions are free.  I have an office in Atlantic Highlands that will accommodate, one-on-one or group sessions and even a roof top deck overlooking Sandy Hook!  I also accommodate sessions via facetime or zoom.

How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?

I have received tremendous support from my local community.

Specifically, Atlantic Highlands Recreation and my Leaders-in-Training program, Atlantic Highlands Elementary School and my Words-of-Wisdom project with seniors at Portland Pointe and the Atlantic Highlands Police Department. I receive mentorship from my ICF coaching group and women entrepreneurs and business owners via Chambers of Commerce. I have enormous gratitude to all the parents and children I have coached over the last 4 years.
