Jennifer Smock FNP currently works as a full time Nurse Practitioner in the COVID ICU at Community Medical Center in Toms River NJ. She obtained her Bachelors of Nursing from Liberty University and Masters of Nursing from Rutgers University. Jen has been a practicing Nurse and Nurse Practitioner for over 10 years and has lead or participated in multiple healthcare studies focused on improving patient experiences and outcomes. She has received numerous accolades including the Mehandru Award of Nursing Excellence while working as a staff nurse at Jersey Shore Medical Center.
Jen is an amazing nurse, wife and mother. As a nurse practitioner, her focus is on providing the very best care to her patients and helping them to connect with their loved ones when restrictions prevent them from being at the bedside in person. Whether it’s a video chat, phone call or simply conveying the love of their family, Jen is committed to helping treat the whole person.

Jennifer lives in Tinton Falls, NJ with her husband Simon and three children (Noah – age 14, Eva – age 12, Luke – age 10). She coaches her daughters travel soccer team, The Eclipse, and is co-vice president of the Tinton Falls Soccer club.
